With so much going on all the time, it’s vital to disconnect a time or two. So, take a hike! (Or a walk if you’d rather).
It may sound obvious, but going for a walk or a hike and getting out in nature can be very helpful when you’re having a day.
Concentration is lacking, you’re snapping and short-tempered, or maybe just in a bit of a funk.
Getting out of the environment where you’re feeling that pressure will help tremendously.
Plus, the sunshine, fresh air, and movement can snap you out of it real quick.
