Not only do you have your physical voice, but you have that internal one whispering (and sometimes screaming) at you.
One of the aspects of life I feel like we lose as we grow older is listening to that “little voice” that tells us what we should or shouldn’t do. That intuition. While some of us still trust that inner part of ourselves, many of us have stifled it and shoved it away to where we doubt ourselves so much we aren’t really sure what that voice is telling us any longer.
