Busy weeks are only possible and made a little easier with schedules, routines, and lists… Oh my!
These are often undervalued, but definitely keep me on track throughout my weeks.
I have seen extreme schedules, routines, and lists, and then I’ve seen the opposite with so much whim it feels like chaos. At times, I’m on either end.
What seems to be the most helpful is not being tied TOO strongly to a schedule or a routine, but to also not throw caution to the wind and fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants too much.

My lists are what I swear by most.
Yes, we have a general routine.
Yes, I like knowing what times I have for appointments and specifics for my schedule.
Yet, my lists keep me progressing and moving forward in my business more than I think the others — and a bit of sheer stubborn determination.
Start small and see what works best for you. But try not to be too rigid. Do the things you NEED to do and if you’re on a roll, then start tackling the things you WANT to get done as well.
