As you navigate business ownership and motherhood, you’re bound to have growing pains (how to deal!).
Growth can be painful because it stretches us and often makes us acknowledge and work on our own shortcomings.
Yet, we can ease the pain a bit by anticipating a few of these ahead of time.

Help —
If you are running out of hours or find that items are slipping through the cracks, it may be time to hire some help. Whether this means you outsource cleaning, find a babysitter, or add to your team, figure out what part of your village needs an upgrade. You’ll thank yourself for it later.
Plateau —
Many times when you are growing, you’ll hit a wall that you can’t seem to move past. Generally, this means you need to reevaluate and see what may be halting your progress and which areas may need to shift or change.
Inconsistencies —
When you are seeing really high spots and really low lulls in your business, chances are your growth is inconsistent and could be helped as well. The feast and famine of the entrepreneurial world does not have to be as extreme as some make it seem is the “norm”. You can’t predict everything, but you certainly can set yourself up for success a bit better.
