Not Every Opportunity Comes Back Around
Lately, the girls have been teaching me KPop dances. 
Some nights it’s only a few songs.
Some nights it’s nearly an hour.
Some nights I accept the invitation enthusiastically.
Other nights… a little less enthusiastically. Haha
Because let’s be honest:
• I’m tired.
• There’s work to do.
• One more thing needs finished.
• Something always needs my attention.
And yet…
I’ve been saying yes.
Because while I talk a lot about boundaries and learning to say no…
Sometimes we need to remember the power of saying YES.
Yes to connection. Yes to fun. Yes to the memory. Yes to the moment.Because not every opportunity comes back around.
• The dishes will still be there.
• The email can wait a little longer.
• The task list isn’t going anywhere.
But these moments?
They’re happening right now.
And I’m really glad I’ve been saying yes.
