As a mom, I have never been able to use the Cry It Out method. Completely not my style. When I hear my baby, I feel compelled to go to them, even if I am oh-so-tired. I am SO excited about today’s guest, Missy Yandow. She is a sleep consultant – yes, the much sought after sleeeeeepppp. My newest little, Octavia, is finally starting to sleep in her bed/crib from about 10 pm to 2 am fairly consistently (yay!!), but I can certainly say I cheated on this one as I just recently started using her bed. These tips and tricks would have been extremely helpful to me with my son, Treyton, as a first-time mama.
