My word for the year is Grounded.
With a quiet undertone of Steady.
Not rushed.
Not frantic.
Not trying to leap ahead before my feet are firmly planted.
Grounded feels like:
• clarity without pressure
• movement without chaos
• growth that’s sustainable
• presence in the process
Steady reminds me that consistency doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.
This year isn’t about doing more.
It’s about moving forward with intention, rooted in what matters.
