Difficult Decisions
As parents, so many difficult decisions we never dreamed we’d have to make fall on our shoulders.
It’s a constant reminder that we never really know what someone else is going through.
When I work with my clients, I don’t beat around the bush, but I DO try to understand, see all angles, will 100% correct myself when needed… among other things.

Lead with kindness. I don’t always lead gently, but kindness is a must. You can be kind and still be firm.
Difficult decisions still need to be made. While you CAN pivot or change at any point, you have to feel like it’s the best decision you can make with the information you have available to you at the time.
I am reminded of this daily with my clients and my children.
