Decision fatigue is REAL… especially when everyone needs your brain all day long. 
If you’ve ever hit the point where one more question might send you over the edge… this is for you:
Pre-decide what you can (meals, outfits, work blocks, etc.)
Create simple routines your kids can rely on
Set “not right now” boundaries (you don’t have to answer everything immediately)
Keep a running list for things that don’t need a decision today
Reduce options in your business (fewer offers, clearer processes)
Build in quiet time for your brain (even 10 minutes counts)
Because when your brain is being used by:
kids + partner + clients + life…
It’s not that you “can’t handle it.”
It’s that you were never meant to make that many decisions
without support or systems.

As parents, so many difficult decisions we never dreamed we’d have to make fall on our shoulders.
It’s a constant reminder that we never really know what someone else is going through.
When I work with my clients, I don’t beat around the bush, but I DO try to understand, see all angles, will 100% correct myself when needed… among other things.

Lead with kindness. I don’t always lead gently, but kindness is a must. You can be kind and still be firm.
Difficult decisions still need to be made. While you CAN pivot or change at any point, you have to feel like it’s the best decision you can make with the information you have available to you at the time.
I am reminded of this daily with my clients and my children.
