When you’re overwhelmed, taking a break before a breakdown happens is vital.
As mothers, we often put others’ needs before our own. And then, we push and push and push ourselves to the breaking point.
But why??

When you show your true colors and connect with others in a very real way, you draw in those who become invested in YOU and, therefore, what you have to offer.
Staying on track does not necessarily mean following your schedule to a T.
FOMO. It’s real. It’s tough.
It worms its way in sometimes without us realizing it before it’s too late.
Just like Henry Ford said: “Whether you think you can, or think you can’t… you’re right.”
Basically, by having a preconceived notion on a subject, you make that outcome happen.
Maybe this dates me, but I used to love the magic 8-balls. I would ask it questions all day long.
And I’d be SO excited when it said, “Outlook Good,” but my friends and I would look at any of the “No” messages and simply shake it again until we got a message with our desired outcome.
