Drawing lines in your business (and life) is key. Let’s discuss boundaries: why you need them.

  • Tired
  • Rundown
  • Overwhelmed
  • Short-tempered
  • Impatient
  • Irritable

^^ Symptoms of blurring those boundary lines.

Why do you need them? Simple.

Boundaries help you maintain that center for balance we are always talking about and seeking.

The problem with boundaries is that you are likely the first one to overstep the ones you set. Now, it’s okay, they aren’t set in stone, and moving them around is your choice and sometimes a very necessary action.

You just have to make sure your intention behind moving them is for YOU (listen to that voice, right?).

Will the benefit of adjusting that boundary end in a positive result or a negative one?

If the first, fantastic!
If the latter, then what is the reasoning?
Weigh the pros and cons before deciding.

Let’s commit to setting and keeping one boundary this week. What will yours be???
